What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of HDB BTO construction projects.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and operational costs.

• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Oversee daily site operations and provide leadership to project and construction teams.

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and ISO documentation requirements.

• Manage authority submissions, approvals, and project documentation.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

• Monitor project quality, progress, and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Utilize knowledge of the HDB system for raw material (concrete) drawings and coordination.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the building construction industry.

• Proven experience managing HDB BTO projects is essential.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, authority submissions, and construction regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
