Job Summary

The Project Manager drives the execution of end-to-end logistics projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for meeting customer requirements, managing cost controls, and maximizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations, structured project management frameworks,, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Plan,manage, and deliver logistics projects from inception to completion, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation.
• Scope & Timeline Management: Define project scopes, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while tracking progress and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead cross-functional alignment across Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams.
• Risk & SLA Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Reporting & Reviews: Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent, data-driven status updates to key stakeholders.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using and creating operations dashboards with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers
• Preferably 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
