Project Manager (Workplace Office)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget

Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial office interior projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
• Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
• Support project manager in procurement, vendor management, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in interior design project coordination or project execution, preferably in commercial office fit-outs.
• Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
