Project Manager/Engineer

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
• Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.
• Team player with a positive attitude as well as the ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation skill as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and work under pressure

Requirement:

• With A&A project or Building Contractor experience
• At least Diploma or Degree Holder in Civil/Structure, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent
• Relevant certificate required to support the BCA for TC/TP application
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
