Project Manager(Plumbing and Sanitary)

Responsible for all site works and activities

• Execute Projects According to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget
• Preparation of Progress Reports
• Troubleshoot and Recover from Unexpected Delays
• Coordinate Works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers
• Maintain good communication with QS on site activities, VOs, and the preparation of all other related paperwork
• Strong familiarity with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements
• To ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client & regulatory requirements
• To ensure high Environmental, Safety and Health standards are upheld on site at all times
• Resolve on-site Contractual Issues with Good Documentation for Recording Purposes
• Manage Projects Independently
• Any other duties as assigned
