Job Title: Project Sales Executive (Building MaterialTechnology Solution)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and design firms.
  • Identify and pursue new construction projects, tender opportunities, and government projects.
  • Build and expand a strong customer network to generate new business opportunities.

Project Sales

  • Promote the Company's building materials, equipment, and technical solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and secure project orders.

Project Coordination

  • Manage projects throughout the entire sales cycle, from tendering and contract award to delivery and project completion.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Resolve issues and provide support during project implementation.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, coordinate after-sales support, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide market insights and recommend business development strategies.
  • Represent the Company at industry exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and networking events.

Sales Performance

  • Achieve assigned sales revenue, project, and profitability targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, project progress reports, and management reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Building, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales within the building materials, construction equipment, or engineering industry.
  • Good understanding of the Singapore construction industry, including project tendering and contract processes.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage project-based sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with regular customer visits and occasional business travel.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
