Responsibilities
• Coordinate, plan and perform track adjustment and concrete casting work • Perform track inspections to ensure safe train operations • Follow and monitor work practices, safety related issues to improve quality and performance • Work with customers, both internally and externally to develop good relations • Plan and provide future track improvements • Manage labor, tools and materials • Familiar with and able to apply safety rules and procedures • Manage delivery of office materials and containers • Coordination with various contractors for supply and construction • Plan equipment lists for replacement team by reviewing site survey data
Requirements
• Min 5 years experience in managing concreting Railway/Trackwork project • Tunnel concreting experience is a plus • Leadership and People management experience
