Project Supervisor / Coordinator / Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
• Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Request for information, follow up with owner response to sub requesting information
• Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status to manager
• Assign responsibilities (daily and weekly plans) to workers
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and team members
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and monitor job schedules
• Supporting both in house projects as well as active projects for client

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Supervision skills, decision-making abilities and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and with team members
• Good communication skills
• Microsoft 365 (eg. Excel, Word and Power Point - basic)

Other requirements : (Optional)

• With or without experience (Provide training and course)
• Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
• With or without class 3 license
