Job Summary

Manage and coordinate property maintenance, renovations, and tenant relations to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and budget control within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely
• Coordinate renovation and construction activities with contractors and tenants to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, M&E systems, and building assets for operational transparency and compliance
• Support energy-saving and waste management initiatives to promote sustainability within the property
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols, including emergency and fire safety procedures, to protect occupants and assets
• Manage maintenance budgets and monitor timely recovery of rental and utility costs to optimize financial performance
• Address tenant issues promptly and maintain accurate records to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
• Supervise staff performance and training to maintain high operational standards and team effectiveness
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager to support overall property management objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or facilities management
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and vendor management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing property operations and stakeholder interactions
