Property Officer

Liaise and supervise maintenance works to ensure that contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under various term contracts maintain the operational, safe and efficient operation of the M&E systems.

Conduct and supervise inspections of building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works.

Respond to internal unit seepage and investigate the issues. Follow up with contactor if required.

Check renovation inspection and report any unauthorised works

Manage electrical and lighting maintenance including proper installation of electrical works.

Conduct lighting inspection and system checks after hours every week.

Manage and attend to residents' requests, feedbacks and response their request promptly

Review utilities consumption by keep record for investigations
