Job Description

• Provide facilities management services for shopping malls including cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E Building services through sub-contractors / appointed term
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
• Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall
• Responsible for car park management
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Promote good relationships with partners and tenants
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services to achieve required standards
• Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to building
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.
• Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
• Requirement
• Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent Training Provided
• 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in managing commercial properties & facilities management experiences
