Job Description - Purchaser

Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs, such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules
  • Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities
  • Facilitate stock-take and be responsible for tidying up the inventory stores
  • Suppliers' contacts in China are an added advantage
  • Other ad-hoc projects, when assigned

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
  • Resourceful, meticulous, with strong vendor management skills
  • Good accounting and cost accounting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
  • High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills
