Purchaser

Job Description

· Source and evaluate potential oversea vendors.

· Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors.

· Manage the procurement process, include purchasing, receiving and payment.

· Track orders to ensure timely delivery.

· Inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings for new and existing products.

· Need to travel overseas occassionally to source for products.

Requirements

· At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
