QA QC

Oversee and manage QA/QC activities for workshopfabrication, structural steel works, welding, and site installation.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approveddrawings, specifications, codes, and project quality requirements.

Perform visual welding inspections and verify compliancewith approved WPS, PQR, and relevant standards.

Monitor fabrication activities in the workshop to ensureworkmanship and dimensional accuracy meet project requirements.

Manage material receiving inspections, material control,identification, and traceability throughout the fabrication and constructionprocess.

Maintain complete material traceability records, includingMill Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection records, and material trackingdocuments from procurement to final installation.

Coordinate and witness NDT activities and ensure allinspection and testing requirements are properly executed and documented.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspectionreports, material records, NCRs, and project quality dossiers.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers,and project teams on quality-related matters.

Ensure quality requirements are implemented and maintainedfrom project start-up to project handover and completion.
