QA/QC in construction electrical engineering

We are seeking a experienced QA/QC Inspector specializing in construction electrical works to ensure all cable / wiring / lighting installations meet project specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. You will oversee quality from material receipt through to final testing and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all electrical works: cable laying, wiring, switchgear, panels, earthing, lightning protection, and accessories.
• Verify materials, cables, and equipment against approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Check compliance with IEC standards and EMA & BCA guidelines.
• Prepare inspection checklists, non-conformance reports (NCR), and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Review material certificates, test reports, and installation records for submission to consultants/clients.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to safety procedures and good construction practices.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and QA/QC teams for inspection approvals.
• Maintain quality documentation and update daily/weekly inspection logs.
