Quality & Compliance Manager (LTA / Tunnel Project)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee QAQC systems for LTA and railway projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, specs, and standards.
• Lead inspections, testing, and audits to uphold construction quality and safety.
• Manage and mentor QAQC teams, providing training on quality procedures.
• Serve as the primary QAQC liaison with LTA M&C, QP, and supervisory professionals (RE/RTO).
• Work with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and review quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on QAQC matters.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee final quality records and As-Built documentation for CSC submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of QAQC experience in LTA/MRT/railway infrastructure.
• Completed at least one LTA Civil/Tunnel project as QA/QC Manager or Lead.
• Strong knowledge of LTA M&W specs, ISO 9001:2015, and QMS.
• Experienced in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
