Quality Control Engineer

Position: QAQC Engineer (Building Construction)

We are looking for a highly qualified QAQC Engineer with strong experience in Singapore building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all QAQC activities for building construction projects.

Prepare and submit all required documentation to BCA.

Coordinate and book BCA CONQUAS inspections.

Liaise with BCA officers, consultants, project managers, and clients on quality-related matters.

Ensure all quality inspections and documentation comply with BCA requirements and project specifications.

Conduct site quality inspections, monitor workmanship, and follow up on rectification works.

Maintain QAQC records, inspection reports, method statements, and quality documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant QAQC experience in Singapore building construction projects.

Strong knowledge of BCA CONQUAS, BCA quality requirements, and submission procedures.

Proven experience handling BCA submissions and CONQUAS inspections independently.

Familiar with quality management systems, inspection procedures, and documentation.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Note: We are looking for a QAQC Engineer with hands-on experience in BCA submissions and CONQUAS inspections. QAQC Supervisor applicants will not be considered.
