Quantity Surveryor

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with specific expertise in SPPG projects and underground services utilities.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with SPPG project items and requirements.
• Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage submissions and applications for underground services utilities (NCE approval).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
• Liaise with clients to verify claim items.
• Prepare and process project claims.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SPPG-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of SPPG project items and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Familiar with underground services utilities application process and NCE approval.
• Based in or willing to work in the West area.
