Quantity Surveryor/ PROJECT ADMIN

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Admin to support our civil engineering and underground utility works. The candidate will assist in project coordination, quantity measurement, submissions, claims preparation and documentation for ongoing utility infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in quantity measurement, cost tracking and preparation of progress claims.
• Prepare, check and update project drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support project documentation, submission records and authority application follow-up.
• Assist in underground utility works coordination, including trial hole records, pipe laying progress and site measurement documents.
• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors and subcontractors to collect site information, photos and work records.
• Liaise with clients/main contractors for work verification, claim items and project documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of drawings, approvals, site records, measurement sheets and claim supporting documents.
• Assist the project team to ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, safety requirements and authority requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in civil engineering, utility works, underground services or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of quantity measurement, progress claims and site documentation.
• Able to read and prepare basic construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Familiar with authority submission processes, permit applications or utility-related approvals will be an advantage.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up closely with project teams.
• Based in or willing to work in the West area of Singapore.
