Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration

Review tender and contract documents; identify discrepancies and raise queries for clarification

Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

Evaluate and compare quotations to support procurement decisions

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements within project timelines

Job Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a methodical work approach

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong team player
