Quantity Surveyor

- With min. 2 – 5 years’ experience

- Prefer with construction industry background

- Specialize in builder’s work or/and M&E services

- Review and execute tender documents, submission in accordance to tender requirement

- Assist in procurement and overview of purchases

- To liaise with contractors / suppliers on quotation and includes taking off of BQ

- Preparation on submission documents

- Prepare and analyzing costing for tenders (BCT, compare quotations).

- Prepare costing and discuss with Manager / Director for final figure (Margin, Prelim and profit)

- Furnish budgetary costing for tender

- Negotiated final pricing with contractors / supplier (retention, warranty, T&C)

- Preparation of project budgets, report and cost estimation

- Allocate work to subcontractors and providing advice on contractual claims

- Submission for progress claim

- Preparation of quotations and any VO for submission

- Able to communicate both in mandarin and English

- Report to Director
