Quantity Surveyor

*Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, master's degree in engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Quantity Survey, or equivalent.

*At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Carry out quantity take-off for the project, which includes sourcing suppliers and subcontractors, collate price for comparison.

*Ensure the project meets legal and quality standards.

*Sourcing of quotation, Project progress claim, Sub-contractor progress payment, Meeting report preparation, Final account.

*Prepare tender, contract documents, and analyze costings for tender.

*Responsible for collecting, sorting, and checking other bidding calculations of quantities.

*Accountable for reviewing tender documents, drawings, and quantity taking-of.

*Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, and preparation of final accounts.

*Carry out site measurement.

*Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a team player.

*Attention to detail and methodical approach to work.

*Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and Building Information Modelling (BIM), Revit, AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, and the ability to learn new specialist software.

*Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects.
