Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Measuring and extracting material quantities from architectural and engineering drawings.

Assisting in producing comprehensive BQs detailing all necessary construction works, labor, and materials.

Preparing competitive initial cost estimates, sourcing supplier quotes, and compiling formal tender submissions.

Drafting and submitting timely monthly progress claims and billing in accordance with contract terms.

Tracking, evaluating, and documenting any design changes or deviations from the original project scope.

Evaluating claims, valuing completed site works, and checking quotes submitted by subcontractors.

Monitoring project cash flow, matching purchases against budget benchmarks, and flagging potential financial risks
