Quantity Surveyor

My clients are A1 and A2 main contractors. Projects mainly commerical building projects like hotels, shopping malls, office towers.

I have both Pre-contracts and Post contracts roles. Job descriptions are just generic, I will contact suitable applicants and tell you the details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, and budgets.

• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims

• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Assist in contract negotiation and administration

• Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering

• Familiar with Singapore Commerical Building Projects.

• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and able to guide junior QS
