Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions to support project bidding and budgeting.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Required competencies and certifications

Hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
