Job Responsibilities
Assist in post-contract cost control and commercial administration for construction projects.
Prepare and process progress claims, subcontractor claims, and supplier payments.
Assist in monitoring project budgets, cost tracking, and project expenditures.
Prepare and submit Variation Orders (VOs) and maintain proper supporting records and documentation.
Carry out quantity take-offs and measurement works based on drawings and site requirements.
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender and contract documents.
Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations, and project costs.
Liaise and coordinate with project managers, engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers on cost and contractual matters.
Assist in the preparation of final accounts and cost reports.
Attend site meetings and carry out site measurements when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry in Singapore.
Experience in subcontractor projects and building works is required.
Basic knowledge of contract administration and construction costing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
