Job Summary

You will lead the review and analysis of construction plans and costs to deliver accurate quantity requirements and ensure optimal contract terms. Collaborate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to drive project efficiency and advise on strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction plans to prepare precise quantity requirements that support project execution
• Scrutinize maintenance and material costs and evaluate contracts to secure the best financial deals for projects
• Collaborate effectively with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations
• Prepare comprehensive reports, financial analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments to inform decision-making
• Advise managers and clients on process improvements and innovative strategies to enhance project outcomes
• Monitor material inventory levels and initiate procurement to maintain uninterrupted project progress
• Document design changes accurately and update budgets to reflect project modifications
• Apply construction estimating and financial knowledge to support cost control and project planning
• Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to assess project data and identify opportunities for optimization
• Employ negotiation and interpersonal skills to build consensus and secure favorable agreements
