Quantity Surveyor

Adherence to regulatory standards and specifications, providing detailed reports on findings.
Manage variations and changes to project scope, cost and schedule.
Preparing construction plans to ensure high-quality work
Visiting the construction site regularly to ensure safety measures are observe
Managing a project's budget, including contracts for large construction projects
Cost estimation and budget management.

Requirements:

Minimum2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relatedfield.
Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in construction project management and metal work
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standard
