Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Prepare and analyze cost comparison
•  Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
•  Responsible for measuring quantities and taking oƯ
•  Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
•  Work closely and liaise with both internal and external project stakeholders
•  All other QS related job

Requirements:

•  Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
•  Experience in LTA MRT projects preferred.
• Minium 3 years of experience Construction or relevance field.
•  Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
•  Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
•  Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
