QUANTITY SURVEYOR

· involvement in the overallquantity surveying, cost & contract   management of projects.

· Feasibility studies & earlycost advice

· Preparation of cost estimate& cost plan

· Value management & costmanagement

· Advice and management of theoverall procurement process.

· Preparation of tender &contract documentation.

· Evaluation of tenders receivedanalysis & reporting.

· Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.

· Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.

· Attendance to project & site meeting.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering( PE Board Recognized or Equivalent).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
