Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.

2 years relevant experience in construction related industry.

Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Able to work independently.
Pre-project phase (pre-tendering): Conduct cost estimation and feasibility analysis, prepare the Bill of Quantities (BQ), and assist the developer or client in formulating the budget. Tendering phase: Draft tender documents, receive and analyze contractor quotations, and assist the client in evaluating and selecting the optimal contractor. Construction phase (core): Manage contracts and control costs. Review progress claims, handle cost adjustments arising from design changes (Variation Orders), and conduct regular site inspections. Post-project phase (settlement): Prepare and reconcile the final account, and resolve construction claims and any financial disputes.
