Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
• Post contracts administration related to QS duties
• Carry out other contracts administration tasks

Experience & Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge in pre and post tender administration
• Experience in managing subcontracting
• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
• 5 days work / week
