Quantity Surveyor

This role will support an exciting Sports Hub project located in the Toa Payoh area. Candidates with prior site engineering experience combined with quantity surveying exposure within an M&E contractor or subcontractor environment will have a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender documentation, cost estimates, budgeting and contract administration activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders on quotations, technical submissions and project documentation.
• Evaluate material and labour market rates, and coordinate billing and quantity-related matters.
• Support tender clarifications, presentations, site visits and handover to the project team upon award.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within an M&E contractor or subcontractor environment.
• Experience in both site engineering and quantity surveying functions will be highly preferred.
