Job Summary

Construction company requires a Quantity Surveyor to manage and monitor quantity surveying tasks, negotiate with multiple suppliers, and oversee construction materials supply chains. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor quantity surveying activities to ensure accurate measurement and cost control throughout construction projects
• Negotiate effectively with multiple suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Oversee the construction materials supply chain to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
• Communicate clearly and professionally via emails and digital media to coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers
• Collaborate with project teams to support cost management and achieve project objectives
• Demonstrate strong motivation and commitment to achieving high performance and project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of three to five years in quantity surveying within the construction industry
