Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract administration by preparing and evaluating costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts and progress claims to ensure accurate financial control
• Perform quantity take-offs, budgeting, negotiation, quotation and procurement during the pre-tender stage to support competitive and compliant tender submissions
• Establish contract agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to formalize project scopes and terms
• Administer subcontracts by managing quotations, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extensions of time, final accounts and providing contractual advice to mitigate risks
• Collaborate effectively with site personnel and client representatives to maintain productive working relationships and support project delivery
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the company to support operational needs

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University

• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

• Be able to take instructions and work independently

• Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels

• Able to work well in a team
