Quantity Surveying
· Prepare BQ and take off quantities from drawings
· Review project drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies attributed to variation works
· Re-measurement to shopdrawings/construction for ongoing project quantities and tender quantities
· Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
· Prepare progress claims, payment certification, variation orders, and final accounts.
· Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project cost matters.
· Attend project meetings for site progress and cost update
· Assist in procurement and purchasing activities for projects
· Maintain project documentation and records.
· Support QS Managers with cost planning and budget monitoring.
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
· Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction or engineering discipline.
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying for Reinforced concrete (RC) or the construction industry
· Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
· Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
· Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, and cost control.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Bentley view / Auto Cad / Bluebeam (especially Excel).
· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
· Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
