🏗️ Quantity Surveyor (QS)

🔎 Job Responsibilities

✅ Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow processes.

✅ Communicate with management, contractors, and subcontractors on cost estimate adjustments.

✅ Conduct negotiations during project execution to resolve issues efficiently.

✅ Control project scope to meet objectives and enhance overall deliverables.

✅ Develop cost-reduction strategies to maximize project value.

✅ Monitor project costs in accordance with building contract law.

✅ Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

✅ Prepare tender and contract documents following building and construction regulations.

✅ Perform cost analysis to enhance overall project value.

✅ Provide professional advice on contractual claims and scope management.

🎯 RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Team player with good collaboration skills.

Good time-management and organizational abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

⏰ Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
