Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements

• Liaise with the Reporting Superior / Project Managers on project costing, variation works, and final accounts with consultants.
• Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.
• Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.
• Cost control and maintained proper documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Min candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication and market pricing.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
