QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Requirements:

·At least 4 years experience as QS in construction sector

· Degree / Diploma in Civil/ Building/ QS

· Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors)

·Willing to learn, meticulous, and committed to accomplishing datelines

Job Description:

· Understand architectural requirement under SIA form of contracts

· Work Independently

· Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders

· Searching for new subcontractor and supplier

· Preparing of tender documents for RFQ (request for quotation)

· Quotations’checking and comparison

· Procurement Meeting

· Price data reports and other procurement related report.

· Tender support, mainly for pricing and VECD

· Support other QS works at project site (main contract, subcontract, cost control, Interim payment, etc
