Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for M&E works and measure quantities from drawings and specifications using standard methods of measurement.
-Review tender submissions, conduct bid evaluations, and prepare tender reports.
-Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost plans for M&E services.
-Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.
-Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns or savings.
-Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates.
-Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and company procedures.
-Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers, engineers, and site teams regarding commercial matters.
-Maintain proper documentation for claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.
Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-2–5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying (or as specified by the employer).
