Job Summary

Support contract management and project coordination activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate tendering, negotiation, and contract administration under guidance from senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates to support project bidding and execution
• Coordinate project activities related to contract administration before and after tender award to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Collaborate with senior contracts management to execute assigned duties and resolve contract-related issues
• Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines within Singapore and HDB project contexts

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction projects, specifically HDB projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
