Responsibilities
• Taking off of quantities for earthwork and demolition work and civil engineering work • Preparing BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc. • Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations and final account, etc. • Handling on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients • Preparing & submitting progress claim to clients and updating progress claim report monthly • Handling other assigned duties as required
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity • Able to work independently and under pressure • Proactive and well organized • AutoCad knowledge is advantageous
