Quantity Surveyor

1) Site Supervision, inspection and verify project accomplishment .

2) Participating in office and side meetings

3) Responsible for planning schedules, conducting and coordinating the technical aspects of the projects.

4) Review contract / tender drawing details vs. construction and shop drawings and coordinate with the consultants and sub contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.

5) Preparation of Quotation.

6) Preparation of shop drawings.

7) Preparation of Weekly amd monthly Projects Status Reports

8) Taking off quantities for pre-tender and post tender

9) Preparation of detailed estimates and bill of quantity for project cost

10) Taking off actual quantities for ordering to procurement

11) Prepare and issue Purchase Order to supplier and subcontractors

12) Providing the progress claims and progress payments

13) Elavaluation and reconciliation of Variation Order Checking Bill of Sub-Contructors

14) Prepare and approve contractor's claims

15) Prepare others documents needed by project team.

16) Others tasks required by management.
