Quantity Surveyor (CONSTRUCTION)

Job Description:

• Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers
• Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit tenders with specific deadline
• Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub-contractors
• Contract and tender document administration
• Collaborate with project team and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in building and construction industries - ACMV/P&S
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
