Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration/ Buildings)

Responsibilities

·       Prepare purchase orders and ensure the compliance of all terms and conditions including contract conditions

·       Coordinatewith subcontractors and suppliers on contract matters

·       Assistin dispute resolution and cost control

·       Checkand prepare Purchase Orders and its relevant documents and to oversee contractadherence.

·       Negotiationsfor any scopes prior to the award focusing on contract terms.

·       Address contractual matters to management and project team.
