Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning):

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs using CostX, Glodon, or other equivalent quantity surveying software.
• Prepare and compile tender submissions, including cost estimates, quotations, price comparisons, and cost analyses for relevant trade works.
• Review tender documents, identify design discrepancies, and raise tender queries for clarification with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage tender correspondence, including addendums, revisions, and updates to tender documentation.
• Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender proposals, including tender qualifications and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate tender records and ensure all submissions comply with project requirements and submission deadlines.
• Support the tendering process by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors where required.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in main building tender processes and/or main building projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work with digital QS software such as CostX, Glodon, or other relevant systems.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
