Quantity Surveyor - Curtain

Responsibilities

• Monitor project expenditures and handle the submission of interim progress and variation claims.

• Source and onboard qualified contractors and vendors; review and verify subcontractors' payment applications 

• Audit contracts to identify potential risks, draft final accounts, and oversee all sub-contract agreements along with related official correspondence.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to compile documentation and justify Extension of Time (EOT) claims, financial adjustments, and project delays.

• Leverage internal enterprise platforms (such as SAP and OA) for real-time progress tracking; participate in project meetings to deliver status reports and operational support.

• Undertake additional duties and special assignments as requested by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• Years of experience of solid, hands-on experience within the related field.
