Ace Building Services is a Singapore-based M&E contractor specializing in electrical, plumbing, and smart infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, procurement, and contract administration for our expanding portfolio of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Track material procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain proper project cost records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E projects (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
• Good understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Able to read electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
