Quantity Surveyor Executive

Job Responsibilities:

· Provides the QS team general administrative assistance and support

· Prepare the following:

o Project tenders and quotations

o Cost analysis, forecasting and estimation

o Bills of Quantities

o Lighting specification

o Project handover form and documents

o Tender pre-qualification documents

· Inquire and follow up cost from manufacturer or factory

· Sourcing for suppliers, costs and prices of products and services required by the projects

· Proper archiving of tenders for easy reference by the team

· Dealing and responding to emails

· Preparation weekly reports for tender and quotation submitted

· Update quotation and costing in the company management system

· Assistance to ordering of samples/ small orders and monitoring the lead time

· Performing of ad-hoc duties necessary for carrying out the department objectives

Requirements:

· Team player

· Prefer QS and accounting background

· Strong communication skills

· Detail orientated

· PC literate and proficient in MS Office

· Experience in tiles, furnishing and lighting trade.

· Can work independently

· Ability to read layout and plan drawings

· Ability to perform under tight schedules and meet deadlines
