Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyse cost comparisons and estimates
• Obtain quotations, and liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements
• Prepare Variation Orders (VO), claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments
• Assist in cost control and contract administration
• Perform other quantity surveying–related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  (e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS)
• Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• 5days work week
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens
